- Large windows which may be closed with non-breakable, transparent panels and shutters
- Radiant heater in large foaling stall
- Brick walkway to stalls and arena with customized rubber footing and mirrors
Barn and indoor arena feature 14 matted stalls with dutch-doors and windows. There are two heated tack rooms, heated toilette facility with washer and dryer, easy-access hot and cold water for indoor wash area and outdoor wash patio.
Two wells serve the house and barn and both facilities have a multi-pump mound system which is pumped every year. Landscaping includes mature trees and shrubs as well as five mature fruit trees. |
