 he estate comprises 20+ acres of lush lawns and pastures plus a spring-fed pond with aeration system and fountain. It contains five pastures with large sheds, insulated water pumps, tanks with heaters and recent new drainage system. The pastures yield 1200 - 1600 bales of grass hay per summer season.
The fencing is oak and has been repainted every two years.
