The BelTerra estate is comprised of 20+ acres of lush lawns and pastures, plus a spring-fed pond with aeration system and fountain.  Custom-built Victorian light posts at both entrances provide a stylish welcome, and the lit driveway and motion-sensitive lights on the buildings help to ensure that guests always feel welcome - even when it is dark outside.   

Your horses will enjoy complete comfort throughout the winter and the summer months in the barn featuring an indoor riding arena with excellent footing.  This 70' x 152' indoor riding arena offers irrigation, turbo fans, charming lanterns, sodium lights, shuttered windows, a Gothic chapel door entryway, laundry and toilet facilities, indoor and outdoor wash stall, foaling stall with radiant heater, two heated tack rooms with 14 matted stalls with dutch-doors and windows, and an office.  Turnout is onto one of five lush pastures of two to five acres.  All the pastures have insulated pumps, tanks with heaters, recent new drainage system, large sheds and heavy oak fences (repainted every 2 years).  The 46' x 60' pole barn houses equipment and the farms' own "timothy-mix" hay (yield is approximately 1,200-1,600 bales of grass hay per summer season).  A large outdoor riding arena on the property measures 100' x 200'.
