Welcome to a Special Home at BelTerra
he home at BelTerra was completed in 2000.
This completely custom home is constructed of antique Cream City brick. Its roof is sheet metal in hunter green which has a 100 year guarantee. It boasts two chimneys, one of which connects the over-sized gas fireplace and can be converted to wood.
There are 28 pairs of custom French window-doors and all custom windows featuring dual thermopaning. Ceilings are 11' on the first floor and 9' on the other floors. |

Quality Inside and Out

he three car garage is designed for 1.5 cars per bay to allow for storage and golf cart. It is heated and has three drainage grills for ice and snow melt.
The peach-stoned front courtyard is surrounded by a tall hedgerow and is very private.
The mudroom connects the garage to the house and may be entered from the hot-tub area of the deck or from the front. The treated wood deck runs the length of the home and was built for large groups.
There are two refrigerators in the garage which may be included. To the side of the garage, there is another small courtyard whose pillared entrance is set with antique, fleur-de-lis stone panels. |
